Art Club for 3rd - 5th Grade

ALL DAYS AND TIMES FULL

The Inspyr Arts’ Art Club class begins with a drawing lesson. Drawing is the foundation of most art pursuits and students are taught a variety of basic techniques to improve their drawing skills. Following the lesson, the instructor becomes the assistant and we hand over the art studio to our students and allow them to pursue their own art making goals. Students also have the opportunity to work with graphite, charcoal, chalk pastel, oil pastel, watercolor, acrylic paint, ink, and more.

The Inspyr studio is fully stocked with every type of art supply available. Students are encouraged to use these supplies to pursue any art making projects that interest them. Everything from drawing and painting, to clay sculpting and paper construction, to designing costumes for our wooden drawing mannequins. We also welcome and encourage any new art making ideas our students bring to the studio and will provide the needed supplies and guidance to ensure success.

Mondays 4:00pm - 5:30pm FULL

Tuesdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm FULL

Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:30pm FULL
